He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Jerry Rush and Velma Montgomery Rush; and his sisters, Maxine Walker of Metairie and Wanda Floyd of Coleman, Texas.. He is survived by: his sisters, Mildred Stroud of Corpus Christi and Jerry Williams of Mt. Vernon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
