Madison Ann Buchanan Obituary

Madi Ann Buchanan was born on June 7, 2005 in Abilene, Texas to Bo Buchanan and Sarah Buchanan.

She went home to be with Jesus on Sunday, May 5, 2024. She was preceded in death by her maternal Grandmother, Jan Corgey, and her paternal Papa, Blayne Buchanan.

She is survived by her parents, two sisters, Morgan Ward (Austin) and Maggie Buchanan; nephew Grayson Ward; grandparents David & Anita Mays, Melynda Buchanan, and Bill & Kate Corgey; great-grandmother Juanita Wooten; Uncles Joe Buchanan and Billy Corgey; Aunts Amy Jungmann (Russell) and Laura Corgey. Cousins Brittany Gantz, Briana Brooke, and Coral, Corban, Caleb, and Conner Jungmann.

Madi spent most of her childhood in Cross Plains, Texas and later moved to Baird where she graduated high school in 2023 and was a member of the National Honor Society. She was full of personality, loved to make people laugh, and she loved big. If you were her friend, you were a best friend. She would do anything for the people she cared about and tried to help anyone she could. She left behind numerous friends from all over.

Pallbearers are Bo Buchanan, Joe Buchanan, Russell Jungmann, Russell Buchanan, Austin Ward, and Kevin Curtis.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 2 pm at First Baptist Church Baird. Burial will be at Eula Cemetery.
