He is survived by: his children, Gwendolyn Monroe of Corpus Christi and Clifford Shriver (Colleena) of Baird; his daughter-in-law Robin Shriver of Rio Rancho, NM.; his grandchildren, Ernie Monroe (Jennifer) of Houston, John Monroe (Jessica) of Columbia, SC, Kelly Koehlinger (Chris) of Angel Fire, NM, Katie Lively (Chris) of Rio Rancho, NM, Ashley Shriver of Galveston and Pam Monroe of Corpus Christi; and his sister Ruby Katherine Shaulis (Shriver) of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
