Bland and Mildred Bland (McLeod); his wife Peggy Bland; his children, Russell Bland (Lauren Marshall) of Cross Plains, Rebecca Bland Bussinger (Mike) of Pensacola and Melani Carsey (Bob) of Dallas; his sisters, Myrl Jenkins of Paradise and Mary Gilbreth of Stanton; his grandchildren, Rance Bland (Stacy) of Albuquerque, Jillian Templeton (Tim) of Anderson, Ryan Bland of Frisco, Regan Bland of Columbus and Sarah Carsey (Tucker Frazier) of Dallas; and his great grandchildren, Jaxton and Cortlynn Bland of Albuquerque.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the First United Methodist Church of Clyde.
