He is survived by: his wife Melynda Buchanan of Baird; his children, Bo Buchanan of Baird, Joe Buchanan of Cross Plains, Shaney Ellis (Paul Ellis) of Wichita Falls and Devin Joy of Clyde; his brothers, Conrad Buchanan of Clyde and Richard Wagley of Abilene; his grandchildren, Morgan, Maddie, Maggie Buchanan, Landon Ellis and Layden Joy; and his great grandchild Grayson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
