He was predeceased by: his parents, Edell Massey and Carrie Thomas Massey. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Yeager; his children, James D Massey of Denton, Texas. and Shanda Waggoner of Bagwell; and his sister Nancy Massey of Beckley.
