She was predeceased by: her father Chester Leroy Woods, Jr.; her son Shea Vernon Turner; and her brother Chester L. "Butch" Woods III. She is survived by: her mother Betty Jo Scheffer of Santa Fe, Texas; her husband David W. Spencer; her son Lyn William Castanie, Jr. (Kristi) of League City, Texas; her sisters, Tammy L. Ousley (Bruce) of Santa Fe and Sandy L Hoff of Bacliff, Texas; her grandchildren, Blake Michael Castanie, Kassidy Jo Castanie and Austin Turner; her goddaughter Carina Monteleone; her nieces, Megan Tracy and Hannah Tracy; and her aunts, Ruth Garner and Nancy Lawrence.
