He is survived by: his children, Bobby Phillips, Jr. (Cheryl) of Livingston and Kathy Ann Taylor (Bo) of Buffalo, Texas; and his siblings, James Yates (Margie) of Pasadena, Justin Yates of Livingston, Cris Yates (Clovia) of Livingston, Norma Herzik (Leo) of Alvin, Reba Owens of Bacliff, Dalene Ficklen (Willie) of Bacliff and Wilma Clark of Bacliff. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
