He was predeceased by: his mother Lorenza Herrera Hernandez; and his son Adriel Omar Hernandez. He is survived by: his father Ruben Hernandez of Obregon, Mexico; his children, Briana Hernandez and Enrique Hernandez of Bacliff; and his siblings, Maria Martinez of Phoenix, AZ, Jesus Martinez of Phoenix, AZ, Mario Martinez of Bacliff and Carlos Alvarado of Bacliff. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
