He is survived by: his wife Jerry Kuykendahll; his children, Tammy Gunter (Robert), Keith Kuykendall (Trisha) and Sunshine Kukulka (Karey); his grandchildren, Ryan, Taylor, Justin, Dakota, Ty, Meagan, Brittney, Blayke, Huntyr, Colton, Beverly, Angel, Leeah, Summer, Keri Ann and Christopher; and his siblings, Betty Hammer (Lonny), Wanda Hale, Gaye Gabaldon (Dale), Richard Odell Coran (Sherry) and Daryl Coran. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
