She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Leath; her children, William "Billy" Leath (Shawn), Tammy Rasco (Marty), Marc Leath and John Leath; her grandchildren, Amanda Goen (Payton) and D. J. Johnson (Stori); her great grandchildren, Kole Goen, Krew Johnson and Bodhi Cutchen; and her siblings, Jack Freeman (Debbie) and Sabrina Freeman. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
