He was predeceased by: his parents, Bran Thomas and Nannie McAdams Thomas; his siblings, Bennie, Mattie Pearl, Virginia, Joyce, Elouise, Gloria "Honey", Thresia and Florence; his stepson Paul Thomas; and his siblings-in-law, Marcy Thomas and R. B. Brooker.

He is survived by: his daughters, Suzanne Wilson (Steven) and Sandra Groom; his siblings, Bud Thomas and Darlene Brooker; his grandchildren, Magan, Reese, Scotty, Owen, Drew, Dakota and Chrystal; his great grandchildren, Luke, Emma, Tyler, Greyson and Kaori; and his pet Ted.

A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 4:00 PM at 101 S. Pearson Ln., AZLE, TX 76020.
