He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jean Bowling and William Bowling. He is survived by: his son Shaddy William; his wife Traci; his grandchildren, Hunter, Anthony, Jackson, Madison and Persephone; and his sister Patsy Whitlow.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Program in honor of Bob Bowling.
