He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Jones (James) and Cindy Gallivan; and his grandchildren, Rachel Gallivan, Jimmy Rankin, Josh Smith, Zachary Sterling, Shayla Smith, Kellee Sterling and Crystal Sterling. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
