We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Perry Duff Simmons (Azle, Texas), born in Weatherford, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his sibling Glendora Simmons; his son Jathan Simmons; his stepsons, Josh and Jake Donowho; his siblings, Lorene Clerihew, Linda Russell (Charlie), Harold Simmons, Jr. (Venice) and Cliff Simmons; and his aunt Gwen Pennington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to his family.
