She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer E. Hubbard and Billie Geraldine Smith; and her brother Paul Hubbard. She is survived by: her husband Charles Edward Mann Jr.; her children, Bobbie Jo Villanueva and Billy Jene Jenkins; and her siblings, Maggie Cline, Mary Jacoby and Tom Hubbard. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren; her numerous great grandchildren.
