She is survived by: her granddaughter Shelbi; her children, Patty Vaughan, Sharon Shearer (Eddie), Larry Vaughan (Debbie), Kerry Vaughan (Dottie), David Vaughan (Kim), Scotty Vaughan (Susanne), Kirk Vaughan (Joyce) and Kristi Blair (Richard); her grandchildren, Chad Shearer, Ryan Shearer, Tricia Morelock, Leslie Morelock, Nolan Morelock, Nathan Vaughan, Natalie Vaughan Dornquast, Steven Creach, Shelly Vaughan, Cassie Vaughan, Stephanie Rubyor, Ben Good, Courtney Vaughan, Casey Vaughan, Jeremy Young, Jory King, Slayton Vaughan, Brandon Vaughan, Cody Vaughan, Colson Blair and Kassidy Blair; her siblings, Dorothy Horton (Forrest), Kathy Sorrels and Eddie Haugen (Susie); her siblings-in-law, Kathy Haugen, Helen Vaughan Buchanan, Mike Vaughan and Sam Fritts; her children-in-law, Sam Morelock and Rhonda Walker; and her cousin Bobbi Berg. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, dear friends.
