He is survived by: his wife Dee Ann Nelson; his sister Ronda Glines; his stepchildren, Gary, Alida Fitzgerald, Matt, Danielle Vivion, Christopher, Ashley Fitzgerald and Kimberly Prather; and his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Destiny, Kirsten, Constance, Katie, Hayden, Piper and Lincoln.
