She is survived by: her cousin Sherry Kilgo (Ermon); her children, Dana Montgomery (Troy) of Azle, Texas and Jeffrey Chapman (Christie) of St. Cloud, FL.; her grandchildren, Crystal Colley (Cory), Heather Collins (Ryan), Jeffrey Chapman II, James Chapman, Nick Padgett and Sydney Rutledge (Justin); her great grandchildren, Celsea, Caitlyn Colley, Haylee and Raelyn Collins; and also Robert Chapman of Worcester, Massachusetts.. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the White's Funeral Home (105 Denver Trail, Azle, TX 76020). A rosary was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (800 High Crest Dr, Azle, TX 76020). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lynn Creek Cemetery (300 S Stewart St, Azle, TX 76020).
