He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Kramer and Minnie C. Birgman; his wife Myrna Shive; and his siblings, Lucille Wessel, Dareol Kramer, Gene Kramer, Eymard Kramer and Lawrence Kramer.
He is survived by: his children, Michael C. Kramer of Basehor, KS, Julie Ann Summers of Bonersprings, KS, Robert Lane of Kansas City, KS, Steven Heralds of Levenwirth, KS and Mindi Lorntzen of Kansas City, KS; his close friend Nancy Smith of Azle, TX; his grandchildren, Chris Lane, Jeff, Jessica Schleicher, Josh Summers and Justin; and his great grandchildren, Finley Lane, Eva Lane, Nash Lane, Rylei Summers and Presley Summers.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like for donations to be made to Circle Of Hope NICU Foundation Home.
