He is survived by: his sister Donna Miller (Tim); and his nieces and nephews, Chris McCaleb (Ashley), Ricky Webb, Scott Archey, Mary Williams, Tiffany Scott (Steven) and Casey Archey. He is also survived by great-great-nieces and nephews; and a host of loving friends.
