It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loyd Jearl Yates of Azle, Texas, who passed away on January 8, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Yates and Bernice Yates; his siblings, Boyd Yates, Leroy Self and Pauline Cox; and his granddaughter Krystyna Kendrick.
He is survived by: his close friend Alice Yates; his children, Cindy, Angie, Debbie, James and Jessica; and his brothers, Carl, Grady, Bobby and Joe. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
