She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Fowler and Eudora Fowler; her husband Gene Raymond Bales; and her brother Don Fowler. She is survived by: her children, Paul Bales (Denisha) of Azle, Texas, Karon Boyd (Tony) of Euless, Texas and Jay Bales (Terri) of Willow Park, Texas; her nephews, Terry Fowler (Denise Fowler) of Azle, Texas and Neice (Rhonda Westbrook); her grandchildren, Peyton Laisure, Alan Bales, Randy Bales, Madison Bales, James Paul Bales and Nolan Bales; and her great grandchildren, Mya Laisure, Oliver Bales, Aurora Bales and Scarlett Laisure. She is also survived by Great nephew and niece along with numerous cousins.
She served all populations as a nurse first working at Fort Worth Children's Hospital, Azle Manor Nursing Home, James L. West Alzheimer's Center, and Vitas Hospice.
