It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Leon Cowen of Azle, Texas, who passed away on November 9, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kenneth Leon Cowen to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Cowen and Burnice Cowen (Hays); his former wife Kathryn Cowen; his sister Deanna Smith; and his stepfather Marland Hays.
He is survived by: his wife Zhuxiang Ye; his children, Angela John (David) of Sealy, Texas, Kris Cowen (Christine) of Willis, Texas and Kayleen Schaefer (Todd) of Saginaw, Texas; his grandchildren, Kyle, Savannah, Shane, Audrey, Emily and Lauren; and his siblings-in-law, Jacque Haddock (Greg) of Pampa, Texas and Larry Short of Decatur. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Whites Funeral Home (105 Denver Trail, Azle, TX 76020).
