He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Juventino Galan and Josefina Galan; his spouse María Gloria Tovar; and his children, Juventino Galan Jr., Jesus Hervey Galan, Roberto Galan, María Gloria García and Martha Enedelia Gallegos. He was also cherished by sons and daughters gave birth to 19 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
