He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian N. Walker Sr. and Doris Layman Walker; and his great grandchild Kaden Walter. He is survived by: his wife Katy Walker; his children, Russell Walker (Beth Anne) and Lisa Wells (Charles); his sisters, Janet Tucker and Angela Mann Mtn (Bob); and his aunt Laura Jackson. He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and lots of extended family.
