He is survived by: his wife Perla; his children, Leslie Lopez, Victor Lopez, Melvin Lopez, Gary Alvarado and Carlos Antonio Alvarado; his granddaughter Lina Alvarado Nieto; and his siblings, Adan Machuca (Cruz Machuca), Senaida Lopez, Cecilia Mendes and Celia Machuca Soto.
