He is survived by: his wife Vivian Rose McCarty-Metsgar; his sons, Clint Shannon Metsgar (Cynthia) and Corey Layne Metsgar (Christine); his grandchildren, Colton, Cooper, Connor, Catelyn and Claire; his brother Ronnie Metsgar (Trisha); and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Young and Dolores Adcock (Mike). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Home Chapel (850 N Cardinal Rd, Azle, TX 76020). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at the Azleland Cemetery & Memorial Park (850 N Cardinal Rd, Azle, TX 76020).
