“My heart felt sorrow when I heard of Ms. Johnnie passing. I also felt Joy knowing she finally got to join her Lord and Savior Jesus. I came to know this wonderful woman as the we remembered the Lord Jesus on the first day of the week in communion service. I was awe inspired by her Faith and Love for God. We became good friends and we sang I'll Fly Away together. I thanked God for the encouragement and inspiration as the Lord strengthened her Faith as Johnnie walked thru the narrow gate. God designed us to adapt to change, we are born, yesterday has passed away and new day has begun, with the hope of a future. Everything in this world will pass away, but we hold to God's unchanging hand. God gave us His love, He gave us life, He gave us His Word, he gave us His Son. God's love and Amazing Grace and thru His Son we have the Hope of Glory. Our Lord Jesus set the example for us to follow when he came to earth to save us. 1 Peter 1:3-5 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you, who by God's power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. John 14:1-4 "Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. And you know the way to where I am going." Father we humbly pray that you bless our family as we mourn the passing of our beloved Johnnie, we pray that you bless her passing into the spiritual realm, we pray that you comfort us in the hope that arises with each dawn, each new day reminds us of your grace. There is no end, just new beginnings. Into your resurrection we follow you in the hope of Glory. Father we rejoice in your gift of life and our spirits are thankful for everything you do. Father we ask that you grant us clear thought meditation so that we might focus our thoughts on you. Father we pray that you cleanse and purify everything that contaminates our hearts, minds and bodies. Thank you for transforming us thru the renewing of our minds. We empty ourselves out and ask that you fill us with the Fruit of your Holy Spirit. Let your will be done in our lives. Bless us to use the time we have left on earth for your Glory. All these things we pray in Jesus Holy name. Amen”
