He is survived by: his wife Christy Phillips; his children, Matthew Underwood, Sheila Rollins and Caprice Ladner (Chad); his grandchildren, Tylor, Carly, Cory, Mikey, Niki, Nathyn, Noah, Jakob, Peyton, Logan, Adalyn and Hayden; his siblings, Jim of Nebraska, Rod of Nebraska, Kenneth of Nebraska, William of Nebraska, Jerry of Nebraska and Willa Roeder of Nebraska; and his mother-in-law Wanda Phillips of Azle. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
