He was predeceased by: his sons, David Wayne Womack and Jerry Don Womack. He is survived by: his wife Mary Noell Womack; and his daughters, Patricia Craig and Linda Boyle (Kenny Boyle). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
