He is survived by: his wife Margie Joan Shelton Curtis; his son Tommy Lee Curtis; his grandchildren, Tommy Curtis Jr. Of Bedford, Amanda Curtis of New Tazewell, TN, Caitlin Curtis of Sharps Chapel, TN, Mattie and Beau Mcinroe of Azle; his brother Ronald Curtis; and his niece Sara Cloud. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Shriners Hospital for Children.
