He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clois Steel and Edith Steel (Fletcher); his wife Joyce Steel (Lambert); his daughters, Vicky Spiker and Julie Cokenour; his brother Gene Steel; his daughters, Rhonda Taylorand (Troy Brannan) and Cindy Delarosa (Rudy); his siblings, Darcus Wright (Harold Ray), Brenda Ferguson (Gary), Jimmie Steel (Sarah) and Gary Steel (Fran); his grandchildren, Andrew Cokenour (Misty), Trisha Hughes (Cameron), Cody Spiker, Barry Taylor, Amy Delarosa and Ashley Flores (Ozzy); his son-in-law Larry Spiker; and his sister-in-law Sue Steel. He was also cherished by numerous great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
