She is survived by: her parents, Matthew Singleton Farmer and Mary Kellar-Farmer; her husband Spencer Mills; her daughters, Emerson Luna and Violette Seren; her stepparents, Jim Finkler and Jean G. Farmer; her brothers, Samuel Farmer (Katie) and Jon Farmer; and her stepbrothers, Patrick Finkler (Edith), David Finkler (Kim), Christopher Finkler (Jayme) and Donnie Finkler (Kaitlyn).
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Home Chapel (850 N Cardinal Rd, Azle, TX 76020).
In lieu of or in addition to flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Jessie's honor to Big Bones Canine Rescue, an organization dear to her heart.
