He was predeceased by: his parents, Tilman Dillard and Mary Dillard; and his sister Judy Ratliff. He is survived by: his wife Claudine Dillard; his daughters, Debbie Brown (Ronnie), Barbara Etheridge and Kathie Gonzales (Robert); and his brother John Dillard (Sarah). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; numerous extended family and friends.
