He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Susie Jackson and John Clinton Jackson; his grandson Sully Joe Lanier; and his brothers, George Jackson and Gene Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Jackson; his son Randy Lynn Lanier; his grandchildren, Sheldon Lanier (Kim), Vicki Townley (Paul) and Presley Coiner (David); and his great grandchildren, Alexis Sexton, Tryston Lanier, Luke Townley, Colton Townley, Sierra Townley, Elliot Coiner and Asa Coiner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as countless friends and extended family.
