He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Hinson and Patricia Yates Hinson; and his son Charlie Hinson. He is survived by: his daughter Chasity (Wes); his daughter-in-law Ashley; his daughter Jaque; his grandchildren, Kelsey (Nicole), Abby, Haley (Brandon), Kaiti, Taylor, Courtney, Cody Charlie Jr., Cadence and Cashlynn; and his great grandchildren, Kiya and Braylin. He is also survived by six brothers and sisters.
