Heidi Ann Smith Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Heidi Ann Smith (Azle, Texas), born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on February 20, 2020 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Carlisle and Nanci Carlisle. She is survived by: her husband Marvin Smith; her children, Ryan Smith, Staci Martinez (Sabino) and Lauri Harris (Andy); her grandchildren, Gracie Smith, Sean Martinez, Miley Smith, Cali Smith, Mason Martinez, Macy Harris and Max Harris; her sister Kelli; her brother-in-law Bobby Guess; her aunts, Sallie and Marilyn Stoudt; and her uncle Rex Sandifer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In her death, she was able to give life to others through organ donation showing what a giving person she truly was.
