He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland Wormley Sr. and Mateva Blake Wormley; his siblings, Patricia Magnuson, Marilyn Wormley and Don Wormley; and his grandchild Trelynn Wormley.
He is survived by: his children, Missy Wilson and Trey Wormley; his siblings, Kevin Wormley, Reginald Wormley (DeeDee), Nita Wormley, Lovie Mays (Dwight), Janis Wormley and Pam Osborne (William); and also Niecey. He is also survived by two grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews.
