He is survived by: his father Fred Starkey; his wife Sherry; and his children, Jessica Starkey, Kristie Zikowsky, Mandy Brueggemann, Fred Hunter Starkey Jr. (Brittany) and Sheralynn Starkey. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
