She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Chadd Evans and Willard Gordon Evans; her siblings, Betty Evans Bassham VanZandt and James Edward Evans; and her nephew William Howard Bassham, Jr..
She is survived by: her sisters, Gail Evans Casteen of Virginia Beach, Debbie Evans Wade of Boyd and Debbie Biermann of Sedalia; and her nieces and nephews, Shelly Bassham of Jacksonville, Susan Royall, Steve Bassham, Kalvin, Dan Evans, Evan, Edward Casteen and Brad Kinningham.
