She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Badgley and Ruth Simpson Bowen; her siblings, Bill Badgley, Jr. and Diane Bowen; her husband George L. Horton; her daughter Tracy Moody (Chris); her grandchildren, Caleb A. Smith, Colton Moody (Kayla) and Ashley Hedges (Ben); her brothers, Mark Bowen and Michael Bowen (Darlene); her great grandchild Beau Moody; and her grandmother Toritos. She was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the El Gran Toritos (11665 Farm to Market Rd 730 N, Azle, TX 76020).
