He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Bennett. He is survived by: his son James L. Bennett (Katherine); his siblings, Mildred Hargrove of Lake Worth, Lou Bennett Harris of Prattville, Alabama and Tim Bennett of Lake Worth; his nieces, Lynn Royal (Joe) of Prattville, Jackie Soles (Myrtle) of Azle, Juanita (Trey Cook) of Azle and Virginia Hargrove; and his nephew Tom Hargrove (Donna).
