He was predeceased by: his father Robert Hunter Bender; and his stepfather Robert Coles. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his son Robert C. Bender; his stepdaughter Kassy Howell; his grandson Gavin Page; his mother Sinee Coles; his stepmother Mary Bender; his siblings, Robert Bender (Katherine), Sean Bender (Lisa) and Candace Bender (Doug); his father-in-law Billy Heaton (Teresa); his nieces and nephews, Kenneth (Cole Bender), Harrison Bender, Jeremy (Nickolas), Jacob (Rachel Widder), Justin (Chantel McCollum) and Lauren Lundberg (Corey Henson); his great-nephew Jackson Lundberg; his great-niece Taylynn; and his friends, Ashley Emerson (Deanna), Ray Al's (Vicky) and Carson Benning. He is also survived by sisters, & brothers-in-law.
