He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlien Owen and Mamie Owen. He is survived by: his siblings, Ken, Darlene and Diana; his daughter Amy Lois Owen (Jody); his wife Barbara Owen; his daughters, Christi Eldredge (Rick) and Lena Layer (Mike); and his grandchildren, Amanda, Jacob, Jonathan, Logan, Jamey and Landon. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; his brother, sisters.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Texas Baptist Men or Moaz Israel as these ministries were very dear to Dwane's heart.
