He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest F. and Beatrice (Dusseault); and his sister Kathleen. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his children, Dana Montgomery (Troy) and Jeffrey (Christie); his grandchildren, Crystal Colley (Cory), Heather Collins (Ryan), Jeffrey Chapman II, James Chapman, Nick Padgett and Sydney Rutledge (Justin); his great grandchildren, Celsea, Caitlyn Colley, Haylee and Raelyn Collins; and his brothers, Robert of Shrewsbury and Paul of Hudson.
