She was predeceased by: her parents, David Arnett and Wanita Arnett (Hale); her husband Edward W. Hoover; and her sister Kay Ryan. She is survived by: her daughter Susan Cooper; her son-in-law Greg Cooper; her grandchildren, Grace Cooper and Thomas Cooper; her brother David Arnett; and her sister-in-law Deanie Arnett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
