He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Simpson and Emma Simpson; and his siblings, Ginger, Beverly and Gary Simpson.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Wanell Parker; his siblings, Rick, Jimmy and Priscilla; his daughter Cheryl; his son-in-law Royal Bonner (Bud); his son David; his daughter-in-law Sandie Simpson; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Thomas and Mellie Simpson.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Azle Church of Christ (336 NW Pkwy St, Azle, TX 76020). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery (1064 Co Rd 4679, Boyd, TX 76023).
