He is survived by: his children, Brittany Van Slyke (Alain Gonzalez), Hannah Van Slyke (Sean Littlejohn), Pepper Van Slyke and CJ Van Slyke; his mother Barbara Van Slyke; his siblings, Todd Van Slyke, Bryan Van Slyke (Karen Van Slyke) and Jennifer Quinn (Joey Quinn); and his grandchildren, Haley, Kylie, Layne, Jackson, Tristan, Franklin, Oliver and Benjamin.
