He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles James and Ada James; and his brothers, Michael James and John James. He is survived by: his wife Pat James; his children, Scott (Dawn), Sharon Karnes and Shawn (Joyce); his grandchildren, Samantha (Brandon), Payton (Kevin), Reagan, Courtney, Mckenna, Ashley, David, Shawn Jr. and Brandon; and his sisters, Vicki, Nikki and Teri. He is also survived by four great-granddaughters; one great-grandson; one great-granddaughter.
